Fresh Fruit & Greek Yogurt
Although most Greeks end their meal with a simple dessert of cold fresh fruit, you may want to top off your Greek feasts with this easy to prepare fresh fruit and Greek yogurt dessert.
- 4 Cups Cut Up Mixed Fresh Fruit (Such As Various Melons, Apples, Grapes Peaches Orange Segments And Assorted Berries.) Use What You Like
- 1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds
- 1 Cup 8 Ounces Greek Style Yogurt Strained
- 3 Tablespoons Parnon Estates Honey
- 1.5 Tablespoons Grated Lemon Rind.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine yogurt honey and lemon rind. Place fruit and almonds in a serving bowl. Stir gently to combine. Pour yogurt mixture over fruit and serve in a large or individual dessert bowls. Drizzle with honey and almonds on top.
